Dr Samasuri Howes has been a GP in Bristol for 15 years. Her passion is to use a holistic approach to health and wellness. Using her knowledge of nutrition, mindset tools and bodywork skills, alongside traditional medical skills, she enjoys empowering people to move towards healthier, more fulfilled lives. Coaching is just one of those skills that blends in well. She can be found locuming in GP practices, working with unwell doctors through Practitioner Health and using her craniosacral therapy skills through the National centre for Integrative medicine.

Transformational life coaching

What is Life coaching?

Coaching is a conversation based approach that helps a person move from where they are to where they want to be.

Coaching can be a journey of reflection, self discovery and awareness along with action, working on goals and motivation.

I focus on solutions rather than problems and use my portfolio of skills to support you in your journey.

Practical details

I currently offer zoom coaching sessions of between 50 minutes and one hour.

I can work in any time zones.

When possible, I will also be working face to face in a safe space or out and about walking, I am very adaptable!
